We are excited to announce as of 6:00 pm, Friday, December 7, 2012, CertusBank’s acquisition of Myers Park Mortgage was finalized. After first announcing our intent in August, the two companies have come together to create one of the leading mortgage institutions in the Southeast.

Founded 1992 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Myers Park Mortgage has a strong reputation and customer service model which aligns perfectly with CertusBank’s vision to become the most admired financial institution in the country. This acquisition continues CertusBank’s strategic expansion across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and strengthens our growing foothold in the Charlotte market.
